Steve McCurry – National Geographic: The Last Roll of Kodachrome

I love to watch this from time to time to remember what we’ve lost in the digital age.  Computer plugins and actions may get better over the years, but I’ve yet to see anything come out of any dSLR I’ve owned (and I’ve owned a lot) that rivaled the beauty of Kodak Kodachrome.

To a large extent I’m fairly fortunate – not many film photographers today can honestly say they’ve shot Kodachrome as I can.  It wasn’t always my goto slide film, but more than a few rolls made it through my early AE-1’s.

Until next time,

Mark
